PARKING



ON-SITE parking can easily accommodate large events. Additional parking services can be arranges and are recommended based on event size and date.



Each event will be staged by a venue liaison for general needs and assistance throughout your event day.



At least one bathroom attendant to ensure cleanliness of event and to assist catering staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed.



Following your event we will clean mop and sweep the venue. Staff will take out the trash and wipe down furniture.

Mon – Thurs: $2,000

Friday: $3,000

Saturday: $4,000

Sunday: $3,000

Holiday Pricing may be higher (Memorial, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years etc..)- Please inquire about special summer rental rates and incentives
Linen colors included in rental prices are as follows: Black velvet, Ivory velvet, White velvet
Charger options included in rental prices are as follows: Gold, Silver
Centerpieces included in rental price are: 3 Cylinder vases on each table with floating candles -Additional charger colors, linen colors, and centerpieces are available for rent for additional costs. Please work with the Booking Coordinator to obtain upgrades and pricing.
Security -Each booking includes one security officer staffed by Arlington Police Department off duty officers for the duration of the event for up to 100 people. Additional officers required for larger events.
Projector Each event comes included with a projector
